The submission date for the essay was 02/02/04;
I published now a first final version, but it surely contains
still some mistakes. Feel free to contact me, if you have found
any kind of flaws. In case I have broken any copyright laws,
please contact me, too; I will then instantly remove the contents
that are copyrighted.

(Due to some problems with the server, it doesn't work right
now)
Please bear in mind that the resulting design and layout may
be a puzzled, because it is not WYSIWYG (what you see is what
you get).

to American English (as my target group is also mostly American:
